The Dale Hotel Effect
One of our signature installations at the Dale Hotel in Holdrege, NE features open-face downspouts with decorative water diverters that create a stunning icicle and waterfall effect when it rains. It's functional art — protecting the building while turning heads.
Built-In vs. External
We specialize in both external gutter systems (the most common) and built-in gutters, which are integrated directly into the roof structure. Built-in gutters are common in historical buildings and require specialized knowledge to fabricate and install correctly. This is where our 35+ years of experience really matter.
